My favorite cold-weather snack before the long train ride home from Tokyo is a steaming bowl of soba, a side order of oinarisan, and a tall Asahi Super Dry. Azumi's in Shinagawa station was the first tachigui 
soba I tried after arriving in Japan over 14 years ago. I have tried a million other shops since but am yet to find one I like better.
