I recently stumbled across Asian Rice TV while rummaging through the web for Japanese content to use as input for my MA research project--tentatively titled: The Efficacy of Subvocalized Shadowing of Japanese Media on Language Learning.
It is a mother lode of complete Japanese dramas and comedies with fairly decent English subtitles. You can view all of the episodes for free through the website or with a bit of converting you can also upload them to your iPod and watch them on your commute to work.
