
I have been pretty good with sticking to my new year's resolutions the past few years. In 2006 it was to stop using salt at home and to switch from white rice to brown. In 2007 it was to finally start surfing. Last year was to lose a lot of body fat and to surf as much as possible.
More is better so here are the big ten for 2009:
1. Revamp my diet
2. Get really organized
3. Finish my MA Thesis and choose a Ph.D program
4. Surf at least 100 times
5. "Read" at least 100 audiobooks
6. Do Zen and/or Yoga daily
7. Add one day of Strength Training/week
8. Start homeschooling my son
9. SECRET
10. Enjoy doing all of the above
